This bill amends the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act to allow for the sale of raw, unpasteurized cow, goat, or sheep milk directly to consumers under specific circumstances, including at the farm where it's produced, at feed stores, at farmer's markets, or through delivery from the farm, provided that containers sold at feed stores and farmer's markets are clearly labeled "Unpasteurized Milk." The bill also permits the advertising of these raw milk sales and continues to allow farmers to make cheese from their own milk or cream, removing a previous limitation that defined "incidental sales" of goat milk by a gallon limit. This legislation will take effect on November 1, 2026.
