This bill, amending Tennessee Code Annotated Title 64, Chapter 9, officially designates the facility that provides water and wastewater services to the Megasite Authority of West Tennessee as the "Michael Banks Water Treatment Facility," and directs the Megasite Authority to erect appropriate signage to mark this designation. The Megasite Authority of West Tennessee is a governmental entity established to develop a large industrial site in West Tennessee. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law, as it is deemed necessary for the public welfare.
