This bill extends the expiration date of the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Commission, an advisory body in the executive branch of state government tasked with assisting individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and their caregivers, from July 1, 2026, to July 1, 2029. The Commission's duties include examining needs, developing strategies for brain health, advising the Governor and General Assembly on relevant policy issues, creating and advocating for a state plan to address these needs, and submitting annual reports on its activities and recommendations.
