Specifically, $2,000,000 is allocated to support "Dream Impact" programs, which include costs for training, staffing, purchasing equipment, and securing transportation, and the remaining $1,000,000 is designated for purchasing, renovating, and improving a facility to serve as a dormitory and educational resource center. The funds will be disbursed by the State Treasurer upon proper authorization and the act will become effective on July 1, 2026.
