The study will examine various aspects, including the costs of such a reorganization, potential long-term savings through reduced administrative spending and duplicated services, the impact on student enrollment size without negatively affecting education quality, and recommendations for new administrative structures and transition plans. To conduct this study, the regional superintendents are required to consult with school boards, educators, and other stakeholders in the affected regions, and to review previous studies and successful models from other areas.
