Bill Summary
This bill requires the state board of regents to prohibit any increase in the amount of tuition or mandatory fees charged by an institution of higher education under the board’s control to resident undergraduate students on or after the effective date of the bill until July 1, 2031. The bill takes effect upon enactment.
