AI Summary
This bill prohibits the administration of COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations in Mississippi until the State Department of Health completes a study and determines that the benefits of these vaccines outweigh the risks. The Department is directed to analyze existing data and conduct its own study, including a specific type of analysis called a self-controlled case series, within one year of the bill's passage. Only if the Department concludes, after this analysis, that COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations are safe will their use be permitted to continue.
