The program prioritizes solar facilities located on previously developed project sites, meaning sites that have been previously used for development, and the Division will create and publish guidelines for awarding these grants. The bill also requires an annual report to the General Assembly on the program's administration, and the entire program will automatically end on July 1, 2027, as it is a recommendation from the Commission on Electric Utility Regulation.
