This bill requires any individual or company planning to build a "data center," defined as a facility primarily housing electronic equipment for processing, storing, and transmitting digital information and using environmental controls, on unincorporated county land in Oklahoma to follow specific notification and public meeting procedures. Before construction, they must submit a notice of intent to the board of county commissioners, which will be read aloud and recorded in the board's minutes, and then published weekly for three consecutive weeks in a local newspaper.
