This bill amends Georgia law concerning taxes on tobacco and vaping products by adding a new section that prohibits the sale of any "flavored consumable vapor product," which is defined as a vaping product with any ingredient that imparts a taste or odor distinguishable by a consumer, excluding the taste of tobacco itself, and such flavors include, but are not limited to, fruit, chocolate, candy, menthol, mint, or a cooling sensation. This prohibition applies to giving, distributing, selling, offering for sale, or furnishing these flavored products within the state, and violating this provision will be considered a misdemeanor, punishable by penalties including probation, suspension, or revocation of any licenses issued to the offender by the commissioner.
