This bill directs the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (authority) to undertake a feasibility study of establishing and operating a convention center project on or near the site of the arena project owned and operated by the authority within the meadowlands complex. The bill directs the authority to submit a report containing its findings and recommendations concerning the convention center project based upon the information from the feasibility study, and any other studies authorized by the authority, to the Legislature no later than one year from the effective date of the bill.
