Bill Summary

This bill relates to sexual exploitation of a minor and deferred and suspended sentences. The bill provides that a person convicted of sexual exploitation of a child in violation of Code section 728.12 is not eligible to receive a deferred or suspended sentence if the minor at the time of the offense was under 12 years of age or prepubescent.
