Bill Summary
This bill requires the department of administrative services to make the report on state employee salaries available on its internet site and to provide an electronic copy of the report S.F. _____ H.F. _____ to any person upon request and payment of a fee. The bill also strikes the requirement that the department provide without charge an electronic copy of the report to each caucus of the general assembly, the legislative services agency, the chief clerk of the house of representatives, and the secretary of the senate.
