Furthermore, any requirements or mandates issued by the WHO, UN, or WEF, including those related to masks, vaccines, medical testing, or data collection on citizens, will not be recognized or enforced in West Virginia if they conflict with the state's constitution and laws, effectively rendering them void within the state.
