Furthermore, it outlines the process for the Department of Safety to release the requirement for proof of financial responsibility once the mandated period has passed and no further violations have occurred, and it specifies how vehicle registration can be reinstated upon payment of fees, unless there's an outstanding judgment from a vehicle accident.
