An Act relating to higher education; directing certain institutions of higher education to electronically submit certain information to the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education annually by certain date; requiring the State Regents to electronically submit certain information annually by certain date; amending 70 O.S. 2021, Section 3213.1, as amended by Section 2, Chapter 312, O.S.L. 2025 (70 O.S.
