AI Summary
This bill modifies Oklahoma's geographic information systems by updating how geodata, which is any information that can be presented spatially, is published online, now directing it to the Office of Geographic Information's website or another state-affiliated site instead of a specific web address. It also expands the State Geographic Information Council, adding the Oklahoma 9-1-1 Coordinator and adjusting other membership, to better oversee geographic information efforts. Furthermore, the bill mandates that the Office of Geographic Information conduct "leaf-off aerial imagery" (aerial photos taken when trees have no leaves) either annually or biennially, depending on funding, and use this imagery to update the official county boundary data layer, which will then be presented to the Council for recertification.
