This bill authorizes the Alcohol Beverage Control Administration (ABC), a state agency responsible for regulating alcoholic beverages, to officially adopt a legislative rule concerning private clubs. This rule, which was initially filed on July 22, 2025, and later modified and refiled on September 11, 2025, to address concerns raised by the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee, will now be formally enacted under the authority granted by section 60-7-10 of the West Virginia Code, specifically relating to private clubs and identified by the code 175 CSR 02.
