This bill establishes a new Cyber Crime and Fraud Unit within the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) to investigate cyber-enabled criminal activity, financial fraud, and crimes involving digital evidence, without expanding the OSBI's existing jurisdiction. The unit will conduct investigations, provide technical assistance and training to other law enforcement agencies, and coordinate with various partners.
