This bill modifies the requirements for evaluating economic incentives in Oklahoma by expanding the considerations for estimating their economic and fiscal impact. Specifically, it mandates that evaluations must now assess whether a business receiving an incentive would have taken the same action without it, consider both positive and negative impacts on all Oklahoma businesses, and compare the incentive's results to similar strategies used both within and outside the state. The bill also updates reporting requirements, mandating that annual reports be submitted electronically to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Secretary of State, and made publicly available online.
