Bill Summary
This bill requires the board of educational examiners (BOEE) to adopt rules that establish additional endorsements for instruction related to fine arts, mathematics, and science. The BOEE is prohibited from granting an applicant such an endorsement unless the applicant holds a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. These provisions are repealed July 1, 2030.
