This joint resolution proposes an amendment to Article X, Section 5 of the Arizona Constitution, which deals with the minimum price for state lands. The key change is to replace the fixed minimum prices of "three dollars per acre" for general lands and "twenty-five dollars per acre" for lands susceptible to irrigation with a requirement that these lands be sold at "their true appraised value."
