This bill prohibits Arizona state agencies, political subdivisions, and their employees, acting in their official capacity, from knowingly and willfully participating in the enforcement or implementation of any rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate from international organizations, which are defined to include entities like the World Health Organization, the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, and others, and also prohibits the use of state resources to aid these organizations in such activities, unless required by a court order. Additionally, it prevents public higher education institutions in Arizona, including universities under the Arizona Board of Regents, from knowingly soliciting, accepting, or continuing any financial support or collaborative agreements with the government of the People's Republic of China, the Chinese Communist Party, or specific listed Chinese universities and entities, requiring prior review and written approval from the Arizona Board of Regents for any such proposed arrangements, with penalties for non-compliance including forfeiture of funds and voiding of agreements.
