Additionally, all public higher education institutions must maintain a comprehensive health services webpage with clear information on reproductive health services, including pregnancy termination options, instructions for scheduling appointments, links to campus resources for academic accommodations, and a direct link to the state Department of Health's abortion information page. The bill defines "medication abortion" as "abortion medications" and "student health center" as a clinic providing health care services to students operated by public institutions of higher education.
