The bill also specifies the content of this combined notice, including details about the decedent, petitioner, will, heirs, estate value, hearing date, and the deadline for creditors to file claims, which is now set at thirty days after the order admitting the petition and combined notice is granted. Furthermore, it clarifies that the final hearing must be scheduled at least forty-five days after this order. This act is set to take effect on November 1, 2026.
