An Act To Provide That Willful False Allegations That A Felony Or Misdemeanor Was Committed Because Of The Actual Or Perceived Race, Color, Ancestry, Ethnicity, Religion, National Origin Or Gender Of Any Person Shall Be Unlawful; And For Related Purposes.
