This bill exempts concessions within the stadium facility, which is managed by the Stadium Authority, from the general rules governing concessions on public property. It also allows the Stadium Authority to lease the naming rights of the stadium facility to any public or private entity, and mandates that all revenue generated from advertising or marketing within or on the stadium facility be deposited into a dedicated fund called the Stadium Development Special Fund, which is used for the development and improvement of the stadium.
