AI Summary

This bill aims to streamline the registration process for time share plans in Hawaii by making renewals and certain amendments automatically approved. Specifically, applications for renewal of time share registrations will be considered approved as soon as they are delivered, and any amendments to a time share plan registration will be automatically approved by operation of law on the sixtieth day after submission to the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, unless the Director issues a deficiency letter detailing any issues within that timeframe.
