AI Summary

This bill, effective July 1, 2050, clarifies rules for the Ninety-Nine Year Leasehold Program concerning residential condominium units within urban redevelopment sites. It mandates that at least sixty percent of these units must be designated for owner-occupied residential use for a minimum of ten years from the purchase date, and it revises the definition of "owner-occupied residential use" to permit owners to rent or sublease their units.
