The bill defines an "evaluation report" as the written materials the school district plans to use to support an eligibility decision, and a "school day" is defined as a day school is in session. This change is intended to promote collaboration between families and school districts and ensure parents can meaningfully participate in decisions about their child's education, without altering the timelines for completing the evaluations themselves or the standards for eligibility.
