This resolution honors the life and legacy of Keith B. Winslow, a notable figure in the music and entertainment industry who began his career in 1969 as the valet and road manager for Little Richard. Winslow was recognized for his sales and promotion skills, his extensive knowledge of music and broadcasting, and his popular role as "The Boss of the Beach" disc jockey at WPIQ and WKBX radio stations in Brunswick, Georgia. His dedication to radio broadcasting was further acknowledged with his induction into the National Black Radio Hall of Fame in 2022. The resolution expresses condolences to those who knew him following his passing on October 7, 2025, and directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of this resolution to his family.
