Furthermore, Ringer has actively advocated for policies supporting agricultural education and has served on the Prince William-Fairfax Farm Bureau Board and chaired its Young Farmers Committee, demonstrating his commitment to the agricultural community. The resolution directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to present a copy of this commendation to Ringer as an expression of admiration for his service.
