This joint resolution commends Kaj Dentler, the town manager of Leesburg, Virginia, for his nearly 30 years of dedicated public service, including his most recent 11 years as town manager, as he prepares for retirement in October 2026. The resolution highlights his significant contributions to the town, such as overseeing the expansion of recreational facilities, acquiring land for new parks, developing a comprehensive master plan for the Parks and Recreation Department, and promoting economic development which led to Leesburg achieving a Triple-A credit rating for the first time.
