This bill establishes the "You Earned It Pilot Program," administered by the Department of Revenue, to increase awareness of the earned income tax credit (EITC), a tax benefit for low-income workers, among eligible Nebraskans. The act becomes operative on July 1, 2026, and takes effect immediately upon passage due to an declared emergency.
