An Act To Prohibit The Intentional Injection, Release, Or Dispersion Of Chemicals Within The Borders Of The State Of Mississippi Into The Atmosphere With The Express Purpose Of Affecting Temperature, Weather, Or The Intensity Of The Sunlight; To Bring Forward Sections 49-17-5, 49-17-19, 49-17-25 And 49-17-36, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Relate To Pollution Of Waters, Streams, And Air Within The State, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; To Amend Section 49-17-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Make A Minor, Nonsubstantive Change; And For Related Purposes.
