This act would prohibit the division of motor vehicles from recording a moving violation on a motorist's driving record, if the moving violation is one that can be paid by mail and is paid, in full, by the motorist within thirty (30) days of its issuance; provided that, this procedure cannot be utilized more than twice in one year. This act would take effect upon passage.
