This bill amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 45-596, which governs the process for filing a notice of intention to drill a well. Finally, it updates the filing fees for a notice of intention to drill, maintaining the $150 fee for most wells but reducing it to $100 for wells solely for domestic use outside of active management or irrigation non-expansion areas with a pump capacity of 35 gallons per minute or less.
