This bill aims to improve voter awareness of the digital and print voter information guide by requiring the Office of Elections to include a prominent notice with every ballot for both primary and general elections, stating that the guide is available and where to find it, with this notice to be printed in large, thirty-two-point font as a separate insert. Additionally, the Office of Elections must maintain a highly visible notice on its website that clearly informs visitors about the guide's availability and provides easy access to it, and the digital guide must be made public at least twenty-one days before a primary election and fifty days before a general election. The bill also appropriates funds to cover the costs associated with printing and distributing these notices.
