This bill authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), a state agency responsible for managing state finances and property, to sell and transfer ownership of the Dr. Edon Langston Bolton State Office Building located in Biloxi, Mississippi. Before selling the property, the DFA must obtain a precise legal description of the land and include it in the official documents transferring ownership. The sale can be conducted publicly or privately, with the DFA deciding the best method and timing, and advertising it as they see fit.
