This bill appropriates funds from the State Treasury for various state departments and programs for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, as permitted by Article IV, Section 28 of the Missouri Constitution. The appropriations are designated for maintenance, repairs, replacements, unprogrammed requirements (unforeseen needs), emergency requirements, operational maintenance, and improvements across a range of state facilities and programs, including those managed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Natural Resources (including state parks and historic sites), the Department of Conservation, the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, the Department of Public Safety (including the Missouri State Highway Patrol and state veterans' homes), the Department of the National Guard, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Mental Health, and the Department of Social Services. Additionally, the bill authorizes a transfer of $120,520,606 from the General Revenue Fund to the Facilities Maintenance Reserve Fund.
