This program will establish a permanent structure for objective evaluation, ensure services align with federal and state policies, review outcomes for children and families focusing on safety, permanency, and well-being, identify areas needing improvement, and involve existing or new regional and county advisory groups, such as local advisory boards or citizen review panels (required by federal law 42 U.S.C. § 5106a), to gather feedback on departmental practices.
