Additionally, the bill clarifies that a landlord is entitled to up to sixty days of rent due before notifying a lienholder of an abandoned mobile home, with all subsequent costs becoming the responsibility of the legal owner or lienholder. It also slightly adjusts the maximum security deposit a landlord can require for mobile home space restoration to $2,500, minus any initial security deposit collected.
