This bill authorizes the State of Mississippi to issue up to $300,000 in general obligation bonds, which are backed by the full faith and credit of the state, to help the Delta Advantage Center purchase a C-Model Truck mobile market and related equipment, as well as for food staging and preparation. The funds will be deposited into a special fund called the "2026 Delta Advantage Center Equipment Fund," and any remaining money after the purchase will be used to pay off the bonds. The bonds will be managed by the State Bond Commission, which will determine their specific terms, and they must be issued before July 1, 2030. This act takes effect on July 1, 2026.
