The bill also updates requirements for how roasted coffee, instant coffee, and ready-to-drink coffee beverages (prepackaged, ready-to-consume coffee drinks, not made-to-order ones) are labeled, detailing how to represent blends of Hawaiian and non-Hawaiian coffees, including specifying percentages and origins on the packaging. These changes are set to take effect on July 1, 2050.
