For the purposes of this bill, a "business" and "restaurant" have the same definitions as in another section of law, and a "large knife" is defined as one with a blade exceeding a specified length, while "open to the public" broadly covers areas where the public is invited or permitted, excluding private residences unless used for specific care facilities.
