This bill makes supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026, allocating funds for operating expenditures, including over $36 million for Medicaid Services within the Department of Health, and capital projects for the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, such as federal program matches for highways and aviation. It also reappropriates funds for the Alaska Energy Authority's electrical vehicle infrastructure plan, appropriates money to the disaster relief and fire suppression funds, and transfers funds to accounts for oil and hazardous substance release prevention and response, as well as to the Alaska higher education investment fund.
