Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that, no later than January 1, 2027, the Secretary of State shall develop standards concerning the collection of personal identification information on forms used by the public to conduct business with the State. Provides that, no later than January 1, 2028, each State agency shall make changes to all forms prescribed by that State agency for use by the public to conform to the standards developed by the Secretary of State.
