AI Summary
This bill makes a technical correction to a Pennsylvania law, specifically "The Fiscal Code," by replacing the term "approved private school" with "approved special education school" in a section that deals with the allocation of funds to schools. This change is intended to ensure that financial allocations, particularly those related to day tuition amounts and historical funding levels, are accurately directed to the appropriate type of educational institution that provides special education services. The amendment is part of an ongoing effort to update legal references to reflect current terminology and classifications within the education system.
