AI Summary

This bill increases penalties for certain violations related to operating limousines, specifically for third and subsequent offenses. For operating a limousine without a municipal license, allowing an unlicensed driver, failing to maintain the required $1.5 million in insurance, or exceeding passenger capacity, the penalty will now be a $7,500 fine, a six-month driver's license suspension, and vehicle impoundment. Similarly, for operating a limousine without special registration plates or without proper inspection, the third and subsequent offenses will result in a $7,500 fine and vehicle impoundment.
