This bill provides that, of the appointed members of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, at least one is to be a resident of Atlantic County, Burlington County, Camden County, Cape May County, Gloucester County, Ocean County, or Salem County; at least one is to be a resident of Mercer County, Middlesex County, or Monmouth County; and at least one is to be a resident of Bergen County, Essex County, Hudson County, Union County, or Passaic County. The bill only applies to members of the authority appointed on or after the bill's enactment into law.
